The process is simple...
1. complimentary Commission consultation
We start with a complimentary 30-minute Commission Consultation to discuss your vision and preferences for the Artwork. We will also discuss a realistic timeline for completion of the Artwork and how I will work toward implementing your vision and preferences while retaining Artistic License in order to reach an end goal of a Piece of Artwork that implements as much of your vision as possible while maintaining artistic integrity of composition and color.
2. Follow-up email
I provide you with an email that contains a Commission Agreement PDF document (see sample below). The email will also outline Price, Date a preliminary sketch will be submitted to you for your review, and Date the Artwork will be completed.
3. Commission Agreement & Deposit
Sign the Commission Agreement and either email a scanned copy of the signed Commission Agreement to emailelizabethgrace@gmail.com or email or text a photo of the signed Commission Agreement to my email address or phone number, and deliver a 50% deposit to me via cash or check. The deposit can be addressed to "Elizabeth Grace Fine Art" and mailed to the address provided in the Commission Agreement.
4. Preliminary Sketch
Once the deposit has been received, I will complete and submit a preliminary sketch to you via email for your review. You may either approve the preliminary sketch or request up to two rounds of minor revisions/adjustments to the preliminary sketch.
5. Completion of Artwork
Once the preliminary sketch has been approved, the final step is to complete the Artwork!
